The cold core box prototype consists of core shooting machine, gas generator and automatic control system. The working principle is that the core sand is blown into the core box by the core shooting machine, and then the gas generator vaporizes the liquid hardener into the gaseous state and blows into the core box. Through the chemical reaction between the gaseous hardener and the resin film of the core sand, the core sand in the core box quickly hardens into the sample with the required shape box size and precision, and the harmful gas remaining in the core is blown out by the dry compressed air.
