4.1 The conductivity of the electrophoretic bath is due to the presence of ionic substances in the electrophoretic bath, which are derived from the carrier, and the presence of impurities in the form of ionizable acids, bases, salts or combinations of these substances. The presence of excessive ionic impurities is not conducive to the application and performance of electrophoretic paints. The test is suitable for research, production, quality control and electrophoresis bath process control.
