Test condition
1. The test sample is placed on the sample rack
2. Test temperature: RT+10~70ºC can be used in the light, the temperature tolerance uniformity is ±3ºC.
3. The condensation cycle of each light can be selected as 4H light, 4H condensation or 8H light, 4H condensation and other cycles.
4. After the first light 400 ~ 450H, one or two tubes need to be replaced, and other tubes should be replaced in accordance with the lamp cycle and replacement to compensate for the loss caused by the aging of the tubes. This operation mode ensures the service life of each lamp in 1600 ~ 2000H.
Test sample and performance evaluation
1. Evaluation of appearance: the paint is mainly the evaluation of appearance, plastic and rubber can also be evaluated if necessary, check the main items are luster, color change, אֲבָקָה, spots, בועות, cracks and dimensional stability. Should try to use the instrument for quantitative item detection, such as gloss meter, color difference meter.
