Sample characteristics

Depending on the sample available, such as 8-13mL, the SSR small sample adapter can be selected.

For sample viscosity below 15cP, choose ULR ultra-low viscosity adapter.

Standard solution

It is recommended to select a viscosity standard solution based on the selected model, common viscosity range, and measurement temperature. After opening, it is recommended to keep it clean, cool and dry, 直射日光を避ける, and reduce long-term contact with air.

Machine type

Basic viscometers are available for laboratory quality control. 測定範囲

Different models of viscometers are divided into LV (low viscosity), RV (medium viscosity), HA and HB (high viscosity) four models according to the range. These models correspond to the low, medium and high viscosity ranges respectively. Select the right type and number of rotors to adapt to the different viscosity of the liquid. According to the number of selected rotors, the viscosity measurement range of each model can be determined.

温度管理

In the medium temperature range (-20°C to 95°C), a constant temperature bath is recommended for temperature control. High temperature range (100°C~250°C) can be selected NKY-25 electric heater for temperature control. Temperature has a great influence on viscosity, so it is necessary to consider temperature control when selecting. The medium temperature range (-20°C95°C) allows the use of a constant temperature bath, while the high temperature range (100°C250°C) allows the choice of an NKY-25 electric heater for precise temperature control.

Purchase suggestion

LV type (low viscosity) is suitable for solvent-based adhesives, ラテックス, biochemical preparations, oils, 石油, chemical reagents, コーティング, 化粧品, 等.

RV type (medium adhesive) is suitable for hot melt adhesive, ペイント, asphalt, 製紙用パルプ, pottery pulp, 有機溶剤, クリーム, plastic sol, daily cosmetics, スターチ, 食べ物, surface coating and so on.
