Product introduction

 AFS-680 reduces the excitation Angle between light source and PMT on the basis of the original model, which not only increases the intensity of the received fluorescence signal, but also reduces the background interference, so as to improve the instrument sensitivity.
 

The front door of the instrument adopts translucent corrosion-resistant ABS magnetic absorption structure to avoid the interference of external air circling, while the chemical reaction of the test process can be observed online.

 

Add a lane splitting signal control module on the circuit, when two channels are measured at the same time, no channel interference can be guaranteed even if the concentration of two elements measured in the sample is very different. It is especially suitable for the detection department with large sample size and simultaneous determination of two channels.

Interference and elimination methods

(1) Fe, Al, Mg, Ca, K, Na, Cu, Pb, Li, Rb, Cs, Mn, W, Mo, V, Sr, Ti, Sn, Ba, Ti, Cd, Co, Ni, Cr, Ge, Ga and In were determined without interference.

(2) hydride forming elements As, Sb and Bi are not larger than 500μg/mL.

(3) Au< 5μg/mL Ag< Determination of 25μg/mL without interference.

(4) When Au, Ag, Pt, Pd and other elements have interference, thiourea can be added to eliminate the interference of precious metals, and KBH4 concentration can be reduced or iron salt can be added to reduce the interference of the above elements.

Hydride generation system
Using a multifunctional reaction module, the module highly integrated hydrogenation reaction, gas-liquid separation, waste liquid removal and other functions in one. The results of testing for inorganic arsenic are greatly affected by the large number of bubbles produced. Multifunctional reaction module can effectively reduce the bubble, not only simplifies the pipeline, but also reduces the fault point, directly insert and remove the loading and unloading, for the operation and maintenance of the instrument brings convenience.
