Button Shedding Tester

The purpose of this test is to define the liability of garment manufacturers to ensure that buttons, buttons and fasteners are properly fastened to garments to prevent buttons from coming out of garments and creating a risk of ingestion by infants. Therefore, all buttons, buttons and fasteners on garments are tested by a button strength tester. This machine can do uniform vertical tension test for all kinds of buttons on clothing, and test whether its firmness can meet the relevant safety standards.

Operation instruction:	1. Install the fixture, match the test button, and lock the test template to the base 2. Put down the clamp, grip the buttons and pull them upward. Each set of buttons should be able to withstand a tensile force of at least 17 pounds (7.72kg) and hold for 10 seconds without any looseness or breakage. At least 20 buttons of each type should be tested for 10 seconds without looseness or breakage. 3. If one of the buttons is loose or damaged, or all the buttons must be retested after replacement.
