The machine features

The machine is driven by servo motor, providing high precision torque test.

Test conditions are set by the computer screen, and can be stored.

The torsion value of each Angle can be directly tested (torsion – Angle curve).

Both torsion – Angle curve and torsion attenuation life curve are displayed.

Can store and print graphs (torsion – Angle curve and torsion attenuation life curve, test report).

The inspection report is printed automatically and can be transferred to file or output directly through the network.

The upper and lower limit of the test can be input, and the machine will stop automatically if it exceeds the specification.

The torque value can be set: positive torque, negative torque, positive torque + negative torque

Torsion Angle curve:

The change of torque value of each Angle can be directly recorded.(X represents Angle and Y represents torque)

Each measurement figure can be tracked by a cross cursor to read the corresponding torque and Angle values, with a minimum accuracy of 0.1.

The curve is automatically stored by the computer, can be at any time to zoom in and out, a piece of paper can be arbitrarily designated to place N curve.

Life curve:

The content of the report title can be set freely.

The report can show the maximum, minimum and average values of each curve.

The report can show the specification line of the upper and lower limit of the test.

Can be set to display multiple groups of life curve at the same time.
