LR-N2020是一款干法全自动激光粒度仪，广泛应用于粉体行业。我们公司为不同的行业设计了不同的模板。客户可根据需要选择水泥模板、磨料模板等。
LR-N2020先进的光路设计： LR-N2020采用聚光傅里叶变换测试技术，保证最短焦距获得最大量程，有效提高仪器分辨率；独特的小探头排列，使2010拥有超强的小颗粒检测能力。优越的自动对中系统和电脑操作系统，彰显LR-N2020的人性化设计。
激光智能管理系统： LR-N2020率先增加了激光智能管理系统，智能管理系统实时监控仪器的工作状态，一旦接到智能管理系统的工作指令就会瞬间点亮激光，高性能激光将在3秒内达到稳定的工作状态。样品测试后，智能管理系统会自动关闭激光器，激光器基本不会衰减。理论上，粒度分析仪可以终身不更换激光器。
高稳定性光路优化： LR-N2020的独特设计拥有最先进的高稳定性光路，它采用高稳定性、大功率光纤输出激光器，优良的配置使LR-N2020具有超强的稳定性；主光路采用全封闭设计，保证仪器在复杂环境下长期测试。
96通道同时采集主板： LR-N2020率先采用96通道同时采集主板，所有通道同时采集信号，数据更真实可靠，其他厂家声称多少次每秒采集是所有通道每个通道单次采集，数据不真实（可选）。
制药行业专用喂料系统： LR-N2020专门为制药厂研制的专用喂料系统，很多药材密度小重量传统振动喂料难以均匀喂料，新研发的喂料系统由被动喂料改为主动仪表喂料. 均匀的进料也保证了非常轻的样品可以正常测试。
独特的干式分散系统： LR-N2020分散系统在法国理论数据的基础上进行了优化，使干粉分散更均匀，超负压保证进料的连续性和均匀性，有效避免干粉测试过程中的附着力。
检测器： LR-N2020检测器采用主检测器和副检测器相结合的全新设计，保证了仪器全范围内的无缝检测，使测试更加准确。主探测器设计了自动对中系统，可实现仪器一键式自动对中，突出人性化设计。同时可以有效避免人工对位对探测器的损坏，延长仪器的使用寿命。
防尘防震设计：仪器整体密封，大大提高内部元件的使用寿命。独特的悬挂结构，有效避免外界振动对仪器的干扰，使测试结果更加稳定可靠。
光路自动校准：独家结合机械中心和光中心技术，光路自动调整定位更精准，微米级；同时，光学调整速度更快，最快15秒即可完成调整。自主研发的自动对中系统由步进电机、精密导轨、精密控制器和软件系统组成。最小步距为0.2微米，确保激光束焦点始终通过探测器中心点，提高了测试结果的准确性和重复性。自动对中系统是各类激光粒度仪的标准配置。
