Saz Resin Sand Prototype is mainly used for the preparation of standard sample and thermal stability sample of self-hardening resin sand.
The mold of the new SAZ prototype adopts aluminum profile CNC finishing, exquisite appearance, close combination, easy to take the mold, the production of standard sample size accuracy is high and avoid the problems of corrosion, long mold, hanging ash and other problems on the surface of the cast aluminum parts after a long time.

Its standard weight is processed with steel parts, which can well control dimensional accuracy and weight tolerance, avoid the shortcomings of the previous weight using castings, resulting in dimensional and weight tolerance is difficult to guarantee, and its standard weight for surface treatment (such as electroplating) to avoid oxidation.
