ASTM D7190-15 Standard Practice for Evaluating Leaching of Water-Soluble Substances from Latex Paint Films

Значење и употреба

4.1 Surfactant staining is a common problem with outdoor coatings, especially when subjected to humid conditions (such as morning dew) shortly after application.

4.2 Surfactant contamination may also occur with indoor coatings used in humid areas such as kitchens and bathrooms.

4.3 Leaching of water-soluble materials may depend on the colorant dispersion mixed into the tonal base coating. Other coating components may also affect the leaching of water-soluble materials.
