检测步骤
厚度: Use a thickness gauge to measure the thickness of the coil coating, record the measured value and calculate the average value.
粘度: Use a viscometer to measure the viscosity of the coil coating, record the measured value and calculate the average value.
Tensile strength and elongation at break: tensile tests were carried out using a tensile testing machine, test data were recorded and tensile strength and elongation at break were calculated.
耐水性: Place the coil coating in water using a water circulation device, record the time and observe the change of the coating.
