Five rice samples were obtained from a grain field. YSHM-200F was used for rapid sample processing and determination, and the measurement method was compared with an imported manufacturer’s XOS single wavelength dispersive X-ray fluorescence instrument (Cd lower quantification limit 0.05ppm).
