I. Main materials:

Paint: varnish, alkyd varnish, bottom varnish, surface varnish, paint sheet, etc.

Ii. Main machines and tools:

7. Sanding: After the fourth time varnish is dry, use 280# ~ 320# water sandpaper to sanding, requiring smooth and meticulous grinding, and grind all parts to, pay attention to the edges and corners can not be white or worn. After sanding, wipe off the sewage and wipe clean with clean water.

8. Brush the varnish for the fifth time and the sixth time: as the last second time of the varnish grinding process, the application method is the same as above. At the same time, the sixth paint is required to be brushed in succession when the fifth paint is not completely dry, which is conducive to the plenteness and smoothness of the coating film, and is not easy to be worn or worn out in the grinding back.

9. Grinding back: After the last two times of the cover paint is dry, use 400# ~ 500# water sandpaper dipped in soapy water to polish the gloss of the coating surface. When grinding, the force should be uniform, requiring smooth and meticulous grinding, and the surface gloss should be grinded to and smoothed. Wipe and dry after grinding.

10. Sand wax: first of all, the sand wax with kerosene into porridge, with a clean lint dipped in sand wax, along the direction of wood grain back and forth rub, until no bright star so far. V. Quality Standard:

Vi. Finished Product Protection:

1 Brush oil before first clean up the surrounding environment, to prevent dust flying, affect the quality of paint.

2 Paint each time to pay attention to environmental hygiene, windy weather and indoor cleaning should not be painted. Doors and Windows fan brush after each paint, the doors and Windows with a spike hook or wedge fixed, avoid sticking bad paint coating.
