הקדמה
ISO (הארגון הבינלאומי לתקינה) היא ברית גלובלית של גופי תקינה לאומיים (גופים חברי ISO). פיתוח תקנים בינלאומיים מתבצע בדרך כלל באמצעות ועדות טכניות של ISO. כל מוסד חבר המעוניין בנושא בו הוקמה ועדה טכנית זכאי להיות מיוצג בוועדה. ארגונים בינלאומיים ממשלתיים ובלתי-ממשלתיים העוסקים בקשר עם ארגוני תקינה מעורבים אף הם בעבודה זו. ISO עובד בשיתוף פעולה הדוק עם הנציבות האלקטרוטכנית הבינלאומית (חברת החשמל) בכל הקשור לתקינה חשמלית.

תקנים בינלאומיים מנוסחים על פי הכללים המפורטים בחלק 2 של הוראת ISO/IEC.

המשימה העיקרית של הוועדה הטכנית היא לפתח תקנים בינלאומיים. טיוטות תקנים בינלאומיים שאומצו על ידי הוועדה הטכנית יופצו לגופים החברים להצבעה. פרסום כתקן בינלאומי דורש אישור של לפחות 75% של מוסדות חברים.

Second edition cancel and replace the first edition (ISO 6860:1984), the revised version has been technology. The main changes are:

– increase in the first paragraph 5.1 the instructions of aluminum plate rolling direction;

— The diameter of the small end of the cone has been changed to (3,1 ± 0,1) mm so that the equipment standardized in ASTM conforms to international standards;

מבוא
This international standard is one of five documents (see also ISO 1519, ISO 1520, ISO 6272-1 ו-ISO 6272-2) that provide empirical test procedures for the evaluation of the resistance of paints, varnish and related product coatings to cracking and/or exfoliation from substrates under different deformation conditions.

1 תְחוּם
This INTERNATIONAL standard describes an empirical test procedure for evaluating the resistance of paints, varnishes or related product coatings to cracking and/or shedding from metal substrates when bent around tapered manshafts under standard conditions.

For multi-coating systems, each coating can be tested individually or the entire system can be tested.
