ISO (הארגון הבינלאומי לתקינה) היא ברית גלובלית של גופי תקינה לאומיים (גופים חברי ISO). פיתוח תקנים בינלאומיים מתבצע בדרך כלל באמצעות ועדות טכניות של ISO. כל מוסד חבר המעוניין בנושא בו הוקמה ועדה טכנית זכאי להיות מיוצג בוועדה. ארגונים בינלאומיים ממשלתיים ובלתי-ממשלתיים העוסקים בקשר עם ארגוני תקינה מעורבים אף הם בעבודה זו. ISO עובד בשיתוף פעולה הדוק עם הנציבות האלקטרוטכנית הבינלאומית (חברת החשמל) בכל הקשור לתקינה חשמלית.

This document has been prepared by Technical Committee ISO/TC 35 (צבעים ולכות), ועדת המשנה SC 9 (General test methods for paints and discolorations), in cooperation with Technical Committee CEN/TC 139 (צבעים ולכות) of the European Committee for Standardization (CEN), in accordance with the Technical Cooperation Agreement between ISO and CEN (Vienna Agreement).

The second edition cancels and replaces the technically revised first edition (ISO 8130-10:1998). Compared with the previous edition, the main changes are as follows:

— The test report has been modified;

– Precision data has been deleted;

— The text has been edited and revised, and normative references have been updated.

1 תְחוּם
This document specifies a method for determining the mass fraction (percentage (%)) of spray paint powder deposited on a test item under known spray gun and environmental conditions.

This method is suitable for powders with corona or friction optimized charging and can be used to compare the deposition efficiency of different powders with the same or different spray guns and the same powder.

This method is only used for comparisons when continuously evaluating gunpowder or firearms, because the effects of the environment and equipment vary significantly over time and place.
