ISO 787-1-1982 Ogólne metody badań pigmentów i wypełniaczy – Część 1: Porównanie kolorów pigmentów
wstęp
ISO (Międzynarodowa Organizacja Normalizacyjna) jest globalną federacją krajowych stowarzyszeń normalizacyjnych (Organy członkowskie ISO). The development of international standards is carried out through ISO technical committees.
Draft international standards adopted by technical committees are circulated to member bodies for approval before being accepted as international standards by the ISO Council.
Międzynarodowa norma ISO 787/1 was developed by the Technical committee ISO/TC 35 (Farby i lakiery) and distributed to member institutions in June 1980.
ISO 787-1-1982 Ogólne metody badań pigmentów i wypełniaczy – Część 1: Porównanie kolorów pigmentów
It has been approved by the following national member bodies:
Australia | Ireland | Poland |
Austria | Israel | Romania |
Brazil | Italy | Republic of South Africa |
Canada | Kenya | Sweden |
Chiny | Republic of Korea | Switzerland |
Egypt, Arab Republic | Holland | Britain. |
India | Norse | The Soviet Union |
The member bodies of the following countries expressed their disapproval of the document on technical grounds:
ISO 787-1-1982 Ogólne metody badań pigmentów i wypełniaczy – Część 1: Porównanie kolorów pigmentówFrancja
Niemcy, F.R.
This international standard eliminates and replaces ISO Recommendation R 787/1-1968, which constitutes a technical revision.
The purpose of this standard is to establish a common set of test methods for pigments and fillers that are applicable to all or many individual pigments and fillers for which specifications may be required. W tym przypadku, a cross-reference to the general method should be included in the international standard relating to the pigment or filler, with an indication of any detailed modifications that may be required in view of the particular properties of the product concerned.
The ISO/TC 35 Technical Committee, Farby i lakiery, decided that all common methods should be published as part of a single international standard when available to emphasize the relationship of each method to the entire series.
ISO 787-1-1982 Ogólne metody badań pigmentów i wypełniaczy – Część 1: Porównanie kolorów pigmentów
The Technical Committee also decided that if two or more procedures are widely used to determine the same or similar properties of pigments or fillers, there is no objection to the inclusion of more than one of these procedures in the ISO series. W tym przypadku, Jednakże, you need to clearly state which method will be used in the specification and which method is used in the test report.
Published portions of the series are as follows:
Część 1: Porównanie kolorów pigmentów
Część 2: Oznaczanie substancji lotnych w temperaturze 105°C
Część 3: Oznaczanie substancji rozpuszczalnych w wodzie – hot extraction method
Część 4: Determination of acidity or alkalinity of water extracts
Część 5: Determination of oil absorption value

This document is part of ISO 787 “Common Test Methods for pigments and fillers”. ISO/R 787/1 was published in July 1968. The difference between this revision and the 1968 edition is this
A) The color comparison is performed using the procedure described in ISO 3668, I
B) No adhesive is specified.
1 Cel i zasięg stosowania
1.1 Ta część ISO 787 specifies a common test method for comparing the color of colored pigments with the color of agreed samples.
1.2 Any of the procedures described in Article 6 are acceptable, but the method using the automatic Muller is the reference method.
ISO 787-1-1982 Ogólne metody badań pigmentów i wypełniaczy – Część 1: Porównanie kolorów pigmentów
Note that when this general approach is applied to a given pigment, the international standard relating to that pigment should include only a cross-reference to that pigment and indicate any detailed modifications that may be required in view of the particular properties of the material concerned. A special method of color comparison should be specified only if the procedure given in this general method is not applicable to a particular material.
