The basic principle of rapid identification and detection of asphalt is infrared spectroscopy. In organic molecules, the atoms that compose chemical bonds or functional groups are in a state of constant vibration. When infrared light is used to irradiate organic molecules, the chemical bonds or functional groups in the molecules can be vibrationally absorbed. Different chemical bonds or functional groups have different absorption frequencies and will be in different positions in the infrared spectrum, so that information about what chemical bonds or functional groups are contained in the molecules can be obtained. According to the scanning spectrum of asphalt, the consistency of asphalt can be judged by comparison and multivariate correlation analysis, and the asphalt index can be detected according to the correlation between the spectrum and asphalt properties.

The development of infrared spectrum analysis technology provides a powerful tool for the rapid detection of petrochemical products. Asphalt rapid identification and detection technology is different from traditional spectral analysis technology. It uses a stoichiometric multivariate correction method to establish a correction model by associating the near infrared (NIR) or mid-infrared (MIR) of the substance to be measured with the relevant composition or properties of the substance to be measured. Instrument maintenance

The Power indicator light on the instrument is yellow in off-line state, red in abnormal and fault state, and green in normal operation state. When the indicator light changes from green to red, the desiccant should be replaced immediately, including the desiccant located in the sample pool. The replacement of the drying cylinder is determined according to the region and the use environment, and the drying agent is generally replaced once a week. If the instrument is not used for a long time, the desiccant must be replaced at least once every two weeks, and the host must be turned on at least once a week for not less than 2 hours each time.
