1. Test preparation:
1.1, the sample is fixed in the normal position to ensure that the supporting surface is rigid, and the ground and wall are preferred as the supporting surface.
1.2, the equipment is connected to 220V power supply, according to the sample to choose the drop mode: vertical drop or swing impact. Vertical drop impact test, that is, vertical ball drop, as shown in the following figure, select the vertical ball, the wire rope end of the hook, the vertical state of the steel ball just contact the horizontal surface of the test, and then the control scale down 100mm, the fall height is 1300mm, and then the steel ball is placed in the vertical release electromagnet card position.
