The committee responsible for this document is ISO/TC 35, Боје и лакови, Subcommittee SC 9, Common Test Methods for Paints and Varnishes.

The second edition cancelled and replaced the first edition (ИСО 20567-2:2005), which was technically revised with the following major changes:

– Specifications are added when the equipment is calibrated;

— The reference to optical imaging was removed;

— the clause on sampling was deleted;

– The description of the appropriate method of removing loose paint has been transferred to the information annex as an example, and the adhesive strength of the tape is no longer specified for the method of using tape;

— Made some minor corrections;

– This document has been edited and revised, and the normative references have been updated.
