乙设备介绍
M6610D四球摩擦试验机主要以滑动摩擦的形式来评价润滑油在极高点接触压力下的承载能力。有最大无咬合载荷PB等三个指标, 烧结负荷PD和综合磨损值ZMZ。该机还可用于润滑油的长时间耐磨性测试和摩擦系数的测量。当连接计算机时, 可以记录摩擦和温度曲线。如果使用特殊摩擦附件, 滚动摩擦试验, 各种材料之间的模拟磨损试验, 还可进行钢球的端面磨损试验和滚动疲劳试验。试验载荷达到最大无卡咬载荷PB前, 根据试验机控制软件完全可以判断没有达到最大无卡咬合载荷. 当负载达到最大无卡咬负载PB时, it can be determined by the display curve of the software that the load is the maximum no-card bite load PB.Thus precise measurements can be made with a microscope.Save a lot of time and material resources.And can edit the control program to load.
