1.2 The following applies to all stated limits in this standard: In order to determine consistency with this standard, observed or calculated values should be “rounded” to “nearest unit” in the last right-handed digit used when expressing the specification, according to the rounding method in Practice E29.

1.3 Values expressed in SI units shall be regarded as standard values. No other units of measurement are included in this standard.
