1.2 The following applies to all stated limits in this specification: In order to determine consistency with this specification, observed or calculated values should be “rounded” to “nearest unit” in the last right-handed digit used in the expression of the specification in accordance with the rounding method of Practice E29.

1.3 Values expressed in SI units shall be considered standard. The values given in parentheses are for reference only.
