1.1 This test method covers the determination of elongation, tensile strength and stiffness (modulus of elasticity) of organic coatings when tested as free films.

1.2 Values expressed in SI units are treated as standard values. The values given in parentheses are mathematical conversions of inch-pound units and are for reference only and are not considered standard values.
