LR-130 dry sand rubber wheel wear testing machine is dry sand semi-free abrasive wear testing machine. The testing machine conforms to G65, JBT_7705-1995 (loose abrasive wear test method. Rubber wheel method) standard requirements.

The principle of the machine is: it uses the clockwise rotation of the rubber wheel to drive quartz sand (ore, sand, sand) and other abrasives to wear various metal or non-metallic materials, so as to carry out the wear resistance test of the material.

Because the positive pressure exerted by the rubber wheel on the sample can be changed, the function can simulate various working conditions well, and can be used for mining machinery, construction machinery, mining machinery, transportation machinery, agricultural machinery and other industries in the test room to screen wear-resistant materials. The machine can also be better used for scientific research departments to study the abrasive wear mechanism.

In order to prolong the use time of the rubber wheel, the adjusting device of the fixture is increased. At the same time, the timer or constant revolution counter is used to automatically control the shutdown when the sample is worn to a predetermined value.
