This instrument is according to the requirements of the People’s Republic of China standard GB/T 9168 “Determination Method for vacuum distillation of petroleum products”, the newly developed intelligent, integrated vacuum distillation test instrument for petroleum products, is the company’s SYD-9168 vacuum distillation tester for petroleum products upgrade products.

This instrument is used to determine the boiling point range of petroleum products that can partially or completely evaporate when the maximum temperature of liquid reaches 400℃ under reduced pressure.

5, built-in automatic condensate recovery system, the oil vapor captured by the cold trap during the experiment, after the end of the experiment, with the temperature of the cold trap and liquefied automatically into the recovery bottle, convenient for users to take off the measurement.

6, the system is equipped with nitrogen interface, when the end of the experiment, the system will prompt the user to open the nitrogen valve, to avoid the air into the vacuum system and the danger, to further ensure the safety of the system.

7, the system will automatically convert the detection temperature into normal pressure temperature according to the pressure of the current vacuum system, eliminating the tedious table lookup by the user, and improving the conversion accuracy.

8, the experimental data will be automatically saved, you can generate the experimental report, you can also transfer the data to other places with U disk, or access the USB interface printer, directly print out the experimental report.
