1. When installing the grinding WHEEL, the one with the RIGHT WHEEL is installed on the right side, the LEFT WHEEL is installed on the left side, and the labeled side faces outward. The grinding wheel should be replaced when it is worn to the periphery of the roll label.

2. Gently put the test rod arm and dust suction arm, do not directly impact the test surface, in order to extend the service life of the grinding wheel.

3. Weight on both sides should be the same to ensure the accuracy of the test value.

4. When the test disc is not equipped with specimens, do not put down the test rod arm, turn on the switch and let it idle, so as not to hurt the grinding wheel and parts.

5. During the test, the vacuum cleaner must be turned on to avoid the ash attached to the grinding wheel.

6. Test rod arm and test disc mandrel should be lubricated with a little lubricating oil at any time.

When the set number of tests is reached, the power supply is automatically cut off.

After the machine is shut down, remove the sand dust from the leather surface with a small brush, and take off the test piece together with double-sided tape to weigh the precision balance to four decimal places, and record it, and the test value can be obtained according to the formula.
