This paper introduces a new test method of sponge falling ball rebound testing machine

The sponge falling ball rebound testing machine is designed and manufactured according to GB/T6670-97, ISO8307 and ASTMD3574. It is suitable for determining the falling ball resilience of soft polyurethane foams.

Sponge falling ball rebound testing machine Test method:

1. Start testing immediately after state adjustment.

2. Place the sample on the test plane to ensure that the sample is in a naturally relaxed state, adjust the height of the test platform, and adjust the descending height of the bottom of the steel ball from the fixed position to the sample surface to 460 mm.

3, adjust the top height device (460mm), put the steel ball on the release device, start the test, the device will automatically release the steel ball, and record the maximum rebound height of the integer value. If the ball touches the inner wall of the pipe while falling or bouncing back, the test result is invalid. In order to reduce visual errors, the line of sight of the tester should be in a horizontal line with the rebound reading scale line on the pipe. In order to prove the accuracy of the visual level, it is necessary to perform a test.

4, three samples should obtain at least three effective rebound values.

5. Results represent 3 measurements for each sample, with the maximum taken from 3 results. Then the average of the three large values is calculated as the rebound rate of the sample.

Some functions of testing machine:

1. Batch test: The test of a batch of samples can be completed successively after the test with the same parameters is set once;

2, automatic zero clearing: the computer receives the test start instruction, the measurement system will automatically clear zero;

3, result reproduction: the test results can be accessed at will, and the data curve can be re-analyzed;

4. Comparison of results: Multiple test characteristic curves can be superimposed, reproduced, amplified and presented in different colors for analysis and comparison of a group of samples;

5, test process: test process and measurement, display, analysis, etc. are completed by microcomputer;

6, curve traversal: after the test is completed, the mouse can be used to find out the force value and deformation data of the test curve point by point, which is convenient and practical for obtaining the test data of various materials;

7, curve selection: according to the need to select stress-strain, force time, strength time and other curves for display and printing;

8, automatic return: automatic identification test after the fracture, the moving beam automatically return to the initial position at high speed;

9, automatic storage: automatic storage of test data and experimental conditions, to prevent data loss caused by sudden power failure and forgetting to save;

10, display mode: data and curves with the test process dynamic display;

11, test report: (according to customer needs).
