ASTM D2197-16-2022 通过划痕法评价有机涂层的附着力

意义和目的

4.1 具有令人满意的性能的涂层需要粘附在其所涂敷的基材上. It has been found that the test method can be used to distinguish the degree of adhesion of the coating to the substrate. It is most applicable to provide a relative rating for a range of coated plates that exhibit significant differences in adhesion.

4.2 Studies conducted in the laboratory using the ring pen specified in the previous edition have shown that meaningful adhesion data are not possible when a load of 10 到 20 kg is required to break the surface of the solvent-based coating. When a load of this magnitude is required, the chrome-plated ring stylus vibrates and jumps on the coated surface. Similar meaningless data were obtained when testing required more than 10kg of powder paint to destroy the surface. 所以, testing under these conditions is not applicable.
