But the regular use of tensile testing machine is also caused by the impact, some parts may fail, so when these parts fail, how should it be maintained

1 When the tension machine is loaded, the pointer wobbles or the mechanical watch error stops
① Clutch gear damage: need to be repaired or replaced.
② The leather washer or pressure spring of the friction disk is damaged: the leather washer or pressure spring needs to be replaced.
③ Move the control handle: change the control handle so that it is well assisted with the alveolar.

2 The pointer does not return to zero when changing the weight
① Tension machine installation is not level: use the level to change the level of the experimental machine.
② Pendulum is not vertical: only hang A weight. Change the flat weight to make it vertical.

3 Tension machine pointer back to zero stagnation or instability
① Needle roller bearings, spindle bearings rust there will be oil stains: clean or change the needle roller bearings.
② Tooth rod deformation or tooth rod and gear do not mesh: adjust the straight tooth rod or clean, trim gear, groove wheel and other transmission system components.
③ There are stains in the buffer valve: clean the buffer valve.

4 The main reason for the negative deviation of the indicating value is the excessive friction between the components
① The friction of needle roller bearings, pendulum needle roller bearings and force measurement transmission system components is too large: mainly to change and clean the needle roller bearings and force measurement transmission system components. Clear abnormal friction.
② The upper barrel clip, the tension of the driven needle spring and the friction of the outline assembly: change the upper barrel clip, the tension of the driven needle spring and the outline assembly. Clear abnormal friction.
③ The piston rod and the pendulum rod are not flexible: change the position of the two. Make it flexible.

5 Tensile testing machine pendulum return too fast or too slow
① The buffer valve gear position is not placed properly: change the buffer valve to the appropriate position.
② The viscosity of gear oil is too low or too high: when the viscosity of gear oil is too low, the pendulum drops fast, and the viscosity drops slowly. Gear oil with moderate viscosity should be replaced.
③ There are stains in the buffer valve, oil pipeline or gear oil: clean the buffer valve and oil pipeline. Change the gear oil.

6The follower needle resists or moves
① The influence of the elastic size of the driven needle spring or the friction size of the driven needle and the marking disc: change the elasticity of the driven needle spring or the gap between the driven needle and the marking disc.
② The weight of the driven needle is deviated: change the net weight of the two ends to make it horizontal.

7 Tensile machine indicates positive deviation
① The short arm blade has fallen off: tighten the blade.
② Swing the weight is light: give the weight balance block (to both A, B, C weight net).

8 Indicates irregular deviation of the value
① The gear rod and gear have oil stains and damage must have vibration marks: remove the oil stains and vibration marks of the gear rod and gear, find the contact point of the gear rod when out of whack, and then correct the gear rod and gear; If the deviation can not be removed, change the gear rod and gear.
② Science construction equipment tensile testing machine installation is not level: change the level.
③ Tooth rod bending: straighten or change the tooth rod, change the drag groove wheel clearance.

9 After the computer software is connected to the Internet, a message is displayed indicating that the computer is overweight
① Check whether the communication line between the computer system and the experimental machine falls down;
② Check whether the network selection controller is selected properly;
③ Check whether the controller has been hit in recent experiments or when operating the keyboard;
④ Check whether the calibration or correction function of the mobile phone software was used before the problem occurred;
⑤ Check whether the calibration value, correction value or other information in the main parameters of the hardware has been changed semi-automatically.
