This instrument is designed and manufactured according to the requirements stipulated in the national standard GB/T 17144-2021 “Micro method for the determination of carbon residue of Petroleum products” of the People’s Republic of China, and is used for the determination of carbon residue of petroleum products.

4, in full accordance with the requirements of the standard automatic adjustment of nitrogen flow, automatic control of heating rate, automatic control of the set temperature, gas adjustment is convenient, accurate heating rate, temperature control is stable.

5, automatically collect test data, automatically calculate test results, and save the data according to user requirements.

6. The range (mass fraction) of carbon residue measured by this instrument is: 0.10% (m/m) ~ 30.0% (m/m).

7. For the petroleum fraction with carbon residue mass fraction less than 0.10%, 10% (volume fraction) of the residue can be prepared according to the requirements specified in the GB/T 17144-2021 standard before the determination, and then the instrument is used for determination.

8. There is no statistically significant difference between the measurement results obtained by this instrument and those obtained by Kahn’s carbon residue method in the range of 0.10% ~ 25.0% (mass fraction).
