Introduction

This instrument is designed according to the requirements of the People’s Republic of China standard GB/T 6536 “Distillation Method for determination of Petroleum products”, which is suitable for the distillation determination of gasoline, aviation gasoline, steam injection fuel, special boiling point solvent, naphtha, diesel, distillate fuel and similar petroleum products.

I. Main technical features

1, the instrument adopts quartz electric furnace for distillation flask heating, no open flame, anti-explosion, to ensure the safety of the experiment, heating power continuous adjustable.

2, using the lifting device to adjust the height of the flask, equipped with high temperature heat insulation glass observation window, can observe the whole test process.

3, condensing pipe water bath with temperature control function, can be arbitrarily set and adjusted in the range of 0℃ ~ 60℃, uniform temperature in the bath, meet the requirements of the test.

4, the instrument adopts advanced PID self-tuning temperature control system, high temperature control accuracy (accuracy up to ±0.5℃), stable.

5, the instrument is equipped with a measuring cylinder receiving chamber, and for the double distillation mode, it can be tested independently, but also two samples of the same specifications can be tested at the same time, greatly improving work efficiency.

6, the cooling speed is fast, the bath temperature can be reduced from room temperature to 0 ° C in about 50 minutes.
