ИСО (Међународна организација за стандардизацију) је глобални савез националних тела за стандардизацију (Тела чланица ИСО). Развој међународних стандарда се обично спроводи преко ИСО техничких комитета. Свака институција чланица заинтересована за предмет за који је основан технички комитет има право да буде заступљена у тој комисији. Међународне владине и невладине организације које су у вези са ИСО такође су укључене у овај посао. ИСО блиско сарађује са Међународном електротехничком комисијом (ИЕЦ) о свим питањима електричне стандардизације.

Међународни стандарди се израђују у складу са правилима датим у ч 2 ИСО/ИЕЦ директиве.

ИСО 6272-1 је развијен од стране Техничког комитета ИСО/ТЦ 35, Боје и лакови, Пододбор СЦ 9, General Test Methods for paints and varnishes.

The second edition cancels and replaces the technically revised first edition (ИСО 6272-1:2002). The main technological changes are as follows:

а) In the description of the catheter (види 4.1.3) and in Figure 1, the allowable clearance between the catheter and the drop hammer has changed;

б) the “Principles” clause has been added;

ц) The test is no longer performed at the specified relative humidity; Instead, only the relative humidity needs to be recorded, but the test needs to be completed within a specified time after adjusting the test panel;

д) Supplementary test conditions (original Annex A) have been included in the test report.

1 Домет
Овај део ИСО-а 6272 describes a method for assessing the resistance of the dry film of paints, varnishes or related products to cracking or peeling of the substrate when subjected to deformation caused by weight loss, with a spherical indenter of 20 mm diameter, dropped under standard conditions.

Note that the terms “impact” и “отпорност на удар” are used in the title and text of this part of ISO 6272, but an important feature of the equipment used is that it should produce rapid deformation rather than a true impact.

The described method can be applied

– As a pass/fail test, from a drop height and specified mass to test compliance with a specific specification;

– Or as a classification test, determine the minimum mass and/or droplet height at which the coating can crack or peel off from its substrate by gradually increasing the droplet height and/or mass.
