Meaning and Purpose
5.1 The latex paint may be tested by high humidity, condensation or precipitation after being applied to the inner or outer surface. This can sometimes result in a loss of adhesion to the substrate on which they are applied. The method is a quantitative measurement of adhesion between latex paint and gloss substrate in this case.

Scope of
1.1 The test method covers the procedure for measuring the adhesion of the latex paint to the gloss alkyd enamel substrate after being exposed to wet conditions.

1.2 Values expressed in SI units shall be regarded as standards. The values given in parentheses are for reference only.
