Introduction
The instrument conforms to NB SH/T 0509 “Determination of four Components of Petroleum Asphalt”, SY/T 0537 “Determination of Wax Content in Crude oil”, SY/T 7550 “Determination of wax gum asphaltene content in crude oil”, JTG E20-T 0618 “Test of Chemical Components of Asphalt (four-component method)”, SH/T 0266 “Petroleum asphaltene content determination Method”, and RIPP10-90 “Petroleum Chemical Analysis Method” on the determination of four components of heavy oil, etc. This instrument is a new multi-functional product, which can be applied to the separation of heavy oil four components, petroleum asphalt four components, petroleum distillate saturated hydrocarbons and aromatics (chromatography), wax content in crude oil, oil wax, gum, asphaltene content analysis.

The instrument is divided into three parts: SYD-0509Z four-component automatic tester for heavy oil family (main engine), SYD-0509Q adsorption column automatic loading and cleaning tester (auxiliary machine 1), SYD-0509H solvent automatic evaporation recovery tester (auxiliary machine 2).
I. Main technical features
1, all Chinese interface, industrial motherboard, 7-inch touch color LCD screen.
2, two sets of solvent heating devices, each set can be placed up to 9 bottles, covered with an observation window, evaporation process at a glance.
3, can set a number of solvent recovery procedures, according to the need to set the heating device starting temperature, maximum temperature, and heating time.
4, in the range of (0 ~ 30) ℃ can be arbitrarily set cold bath temperature, to maximize the recovery of solvent.
5, each recovery solvent select the corresponding recovery program, the instrument automatically works according to the set parameters.
6, the use of imported solvent resistant, high temperature resistant solenoid valve, vacuum pump using imported solvent resistant diaphragm vacuum pump, stable performance and long service life.
